I’m Liz, the owner of Pace Editing.
Since early childhood, I have had a passion for the written word. From a bachelor’s degree in English to teaching children about the wonders of books and the importance of proper grammar, that passion has remained. A couple of years ago, I decided to take my love of words in a different direction by starting my own editing company. I had been doing some editing on the side for several years and found I really loved it. To further hone my skills, I took classes at the University of California, San Diego, and earned my copy editing certification.
I truly enjoy helping writers communicate their thoughts and feelings effectively. It brings me joy to see an author love the end results of our combined efforts. I offer one-on-one guidance to each of my clients, and believe that positive communication is the key ingredient to a successful work relationship.
